Refund Policy: Full registration refunds will be given until June 11th. 50% registration refunds will be given until July 16th. Following July 16th, no refunds will be allowed. Activity fees are non-refundable.

Golf & Fishing

Add an activity to your convention registration for an additional fee during checkout to reserve your spot.

• All activity fees are non-refundable.
• Pairing requests can be made on the registration form but are not guaranteed.
• Only registered convention attendees may participate.

Golf Tournament: Saturday Morning - $325
Four-man scramble at The Breakers Golf Club. Includes breakfast, golf, and 2 drink tickets.
Fishing Tournament: Saturday Morning - $425
Deep-sea fishing with 6 anglers per boat. Includes breakfast, transportation, and bait. A current Florida fishing license is required - purchase online or call 888-FISH-FLORIDA.

Hotel Reservations

Your hotel room is NOT INCLUDED in your registration. In an effort to save rooms for registered attendees, the hotel room block will only be provided once you have completed registration. Rooms will be limited based upon the number of registered guests in your party, with a 2 room maximum per registration. Please read the full reservation restrictions here.

Do NOT call the hotel to make FTBA room block reservations, they are not able to make changes or book rooms on the FTBA block at this time. You must reserve block rooms using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
Award Orders

Safety Awards

Requirements (must be verified on the company's Jan.-Dec. 2025 OSHA log):
- Less than 150,000 man-hours with no lost-time injuries, or
- Between 150,000 and 250,000 man-hours with no more than 1 lost-time injury, or
- Over 250,000 man-hours with less than 1 lost-time accident per full increment of 250,000 man-hours worked

Members can apply for Safety Awards by completing the online application by June 19, 2026.

Safety Excellence Awards

Safety Excellence Awards are meant to highlight our member companies with the top safety programs! These awards are divided into three groups based upon manhours worked in the previous year. The FTBA Safety Committee are working on selections.

Best in Construction Awards

The Best in Construction awards are meant to highlight those companies and individuals who worked on the most innovative, complex, and impactful projects around the state each year. FDOT is currently working on selections.

Silent Auction
The silent auction has always been a hit in the past and is a convention favorite for all those FTBA members who enjoy a little friendly competition. We are currently seeking items with a minimum value of $25 to be auctioned off. If you are interested in donating an item please return the donation form to Cynthia Hartsfield at CHartsfield@ftba.com. If you have questions, please feel free to contact the FTBA Office.

Don't forget, your company receives credit towards their TransPAC contribution total for any donated items!

Auction donation forms, and a picture of your item (if possible) are due by July 31st. Please have all donated items sent to the FTBA office by July 17th, or bring the item to the convention registration desk when checking-in.
