How Dan can help:
Dan joined the team in 2025 and leads the association after spending 18 years with the FDOT where he most recently served as Chief Engineer. In addition to advocating for FTBA's interest in the Florida Legislature, he is available to assist members in matters relating to their contract with FDOT and other public sector clients.

• Married to Heather and has two children, Seth and Ivy
• Master's in Civil Engineering from Florida State University
• Enjoys woodworking, metalworking and playing the piano

How Ananth can help:
Ananth served as President of the Association from 2017 to January 2025. He will continue to support the organization in a part-time capacity, overseeing FTBA’s legislative and government relations through the conclusion of Florida’s legislative session in May.

How Stacy can help:
Stacy joined the team in 2014 and is the first line of contact for all new members. She is available to assist all members in utilizing their membership through exhibiting, sponsoring, advertising, and engaging in the industry. Additionally, Stacy is responsible for the coordination of all FTBA hosted events throughout the year. She is available to answer any questions you might have, and can assist you with maximizing your member benefits.

• Enjoys gardening, being creative, and working out

How Angela can help:
Angela joined the team in 2023 and works closely with our events team in implementing FTBA’s events and providing services to new members. Angela is responsible for hosting FTBA’s Emerging Leaders Academy (FELA), which meets monthly. She also manages FTBA's TransPAC contributions as well as all PAC fundraising events and dinners. As she continues to settle into her new role, Angela will begin working on projects that further FTBA’s scope of services.

• Fur momma of three dogs (Paisley, Mable, Gus and Amos), chickens, ducks, and African geese
• Enjoys cooking, bodybuilding, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, hiking, and lazy days at the beach or pool

How Cynthia can help:
Cynthia joined the team in 2016 and handles all accounting responsibilities. She is available to assist you with all invoice questions as well as dues billing. In addition to the Association finances, she manages the FTBA Scholarship accounting and invoices related to contributions and reporting. She also maintains contact with our Scholarship winners and reviews future distributions.

How Heather can help:
Heather joined the team in 2020 and is responsible for the Association's website, database, email and newsletter distributions, and member portal management. She also manages the online registration system and is available to assist you with event and registration questions as well as keeping your company's membership data accurate. Additionally, she works with our publisher to provide print and digital advertising opportunities to our members.

• Engaged to Carlos, has one daughter Bailey, and two bonus children Autumn and Chipper
• Loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating, beach and family time
