This fun-filled weekend is always highly anticipated by our membership, and we don’t want you to miss out on all that we have planned. Join us at the Waldorf Astoria | Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando from July 31st through August 3rd for our Annual Convention!

‍Refund Policy: Full registration refunds will be given until June 12th. 50% registration refunds will be given until July 17th. Following July 17th, no refunds will be allowed. Activity fees are non-refundable.

The following activities will be available at the convention for an additional fee. To secure your spot, please add the activity to your cart during checkout. Please note that all activity fees are non-refundable.

Golf Tournament: Saturday Morning – $325
Golf will be a four-man scramble played at the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club. Breakfast, golf, and 2 drink tickets are included. Email Heather Hudson at hhudson@ftba.com with any team pairing requests. All requests will be considered but can't be guaranteed. Once purchased, this item cannot be refunded.

Fishing Tournament: Saturday Morning – $375
Offsite bass fishing at Lake Toho in Kissimmee. Shuttle and breakfast included. Pairing requests can be made on the registration form. Requests cannot be guaranteed. We are limited to 2 people per boat. All participants are required to have a current Florida fishing license. Licenses can be purchased online here or by calling 888-FISH-FLORIDA. Once this event is full, you can be placed on a waiting list by contacting Heather Hudson at hhudson@ftba.com. Once purchased, this item cannot be refunded.

The FTBA room block is full. We do not anticipate any openings. Attendees are  encouraged to book outside the block directly with either Convention hotel.

Your hotel room is NOT INCLUDED in your registration. In an effort to save rooms for registered attendees, the hotel room block will only be provided once you have completed registration. Rooms will be limited based upon the number of registered guests in your party, with a 2 room maximum per registration. Please read the full reservation restrictions here.

Do NOT call the hotels to make FTBA block reservations, they are not able to make changes or book rooms on the FTBA block at this time. You must reserve block rooms using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.

Safety Awards:
Requirements (must be verified on the company's Jan.-Dec. 2024 OSHA log):
- Less than 150,000 man-hours with no lost-time injuries, or
- Between 150,000 and 250,000 man-hours with no more than 1 lost-time injury, or
- Over 250,000 man-hours with less than 1 lost-time accident per full increment of 250,000 man-hours worked

‍Safety Excellence Awards are meant to highlight our member companies with the top safety programs! These awards are divided into three groups based upon manhours worked in the previous year.

‍The DBE Award is given in recognition for meeting or exceeding the FDOT Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Goal for the 2022-2023 federal fiscal year. If your company qualifies for this award, an email will be sent to the main contact for your company.
